Fun Collection Gear

For a while now, I've been using the Levenger letter-size Circa notepad as my primary paper collection tool for meeting notes, random thoughts, brainstorming etc. I love the design with its ability to both easily remove and refill the pages.

I recently found the same style from Ultimate Office, including a pocket-size one called the Mini Jotz. I bought a couple of these for my travel bag for times when the larger pad is too cumbersome (aka an "evening module" as David Allen calls it.)

Thanks for the pointer to the Jotz product. When I was first setting up my GTD system, I looked carefully at the Circa Junior Agenda. I was convinced a Rollabind-based system would be cool. However, I couldn't find one that was small enough and included the calendar I wanted. Since I wasn't into making my own templates and printing them myself, I went with a DayTimer/DayRunner combo.

Are the systems from Levenger and Ultimate office compatible with each other? I have invested in the Circa hole punches and would like to use them on some of the ultimate office products.

Hi Mark,

Yes, as far as I can tell the rings are the same. I took a page out of my little Jotz one from Ultimate Office and was able to insert it into the full size Levenger one.
