GTD and Lotus Notes Doc is here!

The long awaited GTD and Lotus Notes implementation guide is here. Thanks to all of my awesome beta testers who provided feedback on this many months ago. Our staff has been working hard to make the document as complete as possible in how to get the most out of Lotus Notes with the GTD methodology. If you are a Notes user, you'll find some great tricks and tips for the Calendar, Email, Personal Journal, To Do's and much more.

Check it out:

Thank you SO MUCH for creating this document. I have used the GTD/Outlook setup PDF to great benefit at previous jobs, and have used this GTD/Notes setup PDF to set up my Notes configuration today. Having used Notes at previous jobs, I had developed my own style of using Notes email folders, but I enjoyed the To Do list and Journal sections as they gave me new ideas.

Thanks!

Thanks Mike. Glad the doc is turning out to be useful for you. I like the Journal quite a bit. It's often an unknown feature to many people. For those of you on Notes not familiar with the journal, it's your own personal database. You can ask your Notes Administrator to set it up for you or check it out on your own by creating a new local database:

1. Ctrl+N
2. Give it a title (such as Fred's Journal)
3. Choose Personal Journal as the Template style
4. Click OK
