My institution uses Novell GroupWise. I carry a Blackberry and have to use NotifyLink to communicate between GroupWise and the Blackberry. Any thoughts about putting out information to help make GTD work with these systems?

A couple of thoughts for you, Julia. While we would love to have recommendations for all kinds of software, there are just too many programs out there for us to get specific about all of them. The good news is that GTD is highly flexible, it's really about using best practices to work your system. Consider downloading one of our free articles, the ones on the Palm or the Paper Organizer have been helpful for me in adapating those recommendations to other systems.
