How much does it cost?
$48 per month or $480 per year (a savings worth 2 months of membership free).
Do I have to commit for any length of time?
If you choose the monthly option, you can cancel your membership at any time by calling or emailing us. If you choose the annual payment option, we can not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership.
How can I cancel my membership?
Simply email us at connect@davidco.com or call us at 805-646-8432 and we will be happy to make any changes to your account status for you.
When will I get access to GTD Connect?
As soon as you place your order for Connect, you will be able to log in to the exlusive Web site with your exisiting online store account username and password.
Can I get a receipt or invoice for GTD Connect?
You will immediately receive a receipt to your email address when you sign up. You can also view all of your monthly or annual receipts by logging in to view your Membership Information.
How can I change the credit card number I am using for GTD Connect?
You can do this directly from GTD Connect by logging in at the Billing Information page. Or just give us a call and we will be happy to assist you. Please do not send credit card information over email, as this is not secure.
Do you offer an annual payment plan?

Do I get a discount on your products and services?
Yes, GTD Connect members receive 10% off on all of the products in The DavidAllen Company online store. In addition, members will receive Special offers on new items and favorite products. Members also receive significant savings on all of our Public Events. GTD Connect does not include discounts on our corporate services.
Is GTD Connect only an online service?
GTD Connect is an interactive community of dedicated GTD users aspiring to master stress-free productivity. Membership in Connect includes acces to the exclusive Web site, monthly mailings, discounts on products and public events, as well as live teleseminars with David Allen and his expert coaches. Much more than a Web site, it is a committment to yourself to engage at a higher level.
What will I get in the mail from GTD Connect?
8 times per year, you'll receive a CD from the In Conversation series, in which David interviews real people having remarkable success using GTD. These interviews are designed to give you a glimpse of how successful and innovative people in David's network are using GTD, and tips for how you can do the same.
4 times per year, you'll receive GTD Quarterly- David's expanded newsletter full of rich and insightful articles from David Allen and guest authors
What if I don't want to receive things in the mail?
No problem, simply email us to let us know and we will mark your account as an "electronic-only" membership. All of the GTD Connect materials are archived right on the site, available for download and through the podcast feed. Although we think having the newsletter and interview materials in hand is extremely valuable, we're offering this option for your convenience in case you prefer to download the materials. This is a great option for international members who want to avoid any customs or duties, or simply don't want to wait for their monthly mailings to arrive.
When should I expect my monthly mailings from GTD Connect?
We send you a monthly mailing on the 1st business day of each month, so depending on where you are located, you should expect to receive them the first or second week of every month. If you miss a mailing, just let us know and we will track it down, or send you a new one. Please be sure to keep your Membership Address up to date.
Is this just a library of information, or is there new stuff, too?
Although GTD Connect includes a large library of information, the content you see is exclusive to Connect and never before seen. Much of the content is new, created by David as the Connect program continues and expands. The library also includes material from David's personal library, ideas and techniques that he's been using to coach top executives for over 20 years.
How often is new content added to GTD Connect?
You can expect to see new content every month. We will keep you updated about what's new through email and announcements on the site.
Podcasts? Can I listen to the audio materials on my MP3 player?
Yes, with GTD Connect you can receive our podcast audio and select video materials through iTunes. If you have an mp3 player and you use iTunes, you can enjoy much of our audio and video content on-the-go.
Are Podcasts available on other programs besides iTunes?
No, at this time we can only offer Podcasts via iTunes. This is because iTunes is the only program that allows us to password-protect our exclusive materials. We'll keep you posted if additional players or programs become available.
How often do the Live Teleseminars with David Allen happen?
Four times per year David hosts a live teleseminar event, exclusively for the members of GTD Connect. In these events you can expect to hear David addressing commonly asked questions about how to get started, some of the toughest challenges of GTD, and tips and tricks. Teleseminars also include a Q&A section, where you can submit your questions ahead of time, or ask David your question right on the phone line. It's a great opportunity to connect directly with David Allen.
