The reason I love this work is that it offers individuals the
opportunity to think about their life and their work in a way that can
lead them to a stronger state of control and perspective. The reality
that we all face today is that we have a tremendous volume of "stuff"
that we have to deal with, and that many people do not have a strong
approach to engaging with all this “stuff,” nor the agreements they
make about it. When people don't handle their stuff and their
agreements effectively, they usually end up being overwhelmed and
frustrated. It is an incredibly uplifting experience for me when I help
someone develop an approach to dealing with their lives such that they
end up happier, more fulfilled, and more productive!
