I am trying to find someplace that sells non-DRMed versions of Getting Things Done and Making It All Work.

I work on Macs, PCs and Linux machines throughout the day, and would like the books available to me on a thumb drive for quick reference in either PDF or (preferably) ePub format.

Sadly DRMed books don't travel well on a thumb drive between PCs.

Get them on eReader, they have readers for all those platforms.

Their copy of Making It All Work costs more than an actual hardcopy.

Plus all the books are still DRMed.

Some Kindle ebooks cost more than real books too. It is a strange phenomenon.

ereader format books are great because of the range of devices supported.

Sometimes you have to price compare or wait for specials - I use three sites
ereader.com, fictionwise.com (I think they own ereader.com or vice versa) and ebooks.com (which offers books in secure pdf format as well). Get on their mailing list and you'll be notified of the specials.

It's worth checking to see if your local library system might have them as ebooks readable over the net. I'm assuming, of course, that all of your machines have internet access...
