Does anyone know of an easy to use notebook that has the ability to add and reorder the pages? Size should be around 15x10 cm (6x4 inch?).

I think it would be an improvement on my current lists and project handling situation. Does anyone already uses this in his/her setup?

Go to Levenger.com and take a look at their Circa notebooks.

Circa-style paper is also available at some office supply stores, under the Rollabind brand name. Quality is generally lower than Levenger stuff, but so is the price tag.

There's a great system available here (Belgium) called Atoma, which is exactly like that.

You can buy notebooks in almost any size (I've seen A4, A5, small diary sized and absolutely tiny), pages are refillable, moveable, you can buy dividers, different types of ruled/unruled. For the A4 size at least you can also buy plastic folders that slot in.

I adore them!

They, I think, are pretty standard for use in schools here, so you can get them everywhere. Not sure if you can get them where you are, but it might be worth having a look.

Thanks for the replies.

Since I live in Belgium too atoma is familiar. The problem I had with it is that I found the pages were not attached ideally when removing and readding them. They stay in place but it becomes broken or with paper folds near the 'holes' after more than one reorder.
