Yes, I've definitely been there, but there are several of those apps that aren't really in any way relevant to GTD, so I thought I'd poll the community to see what apps are.
I use Toodledo on the web and it's pretty good in my opinion. I like it better than Nozbe or Remember the Milk but they're all fairly similar.

My favorite app is ClearContext. It's a task and project based add-in for Outlook. Supports GTD, and a lot more...

While Nirvana (http://nirvanahq.com/) is still in beta and only accessible via invitation, i've had a play with it and it's pretty good. It's kind of like an online version of Things.

While still in Beta, I have been using it regularly for months to handle multiple projects at work. New features are added regularly.
Check http://dyumnin.com/products/taskTiger/wiki/ for a complete feature list.

Alright guys, excellent suggestions! I made a pretty comprehensive update to the original post with the lists. Please let me know if we are forgetting any more, as they'll be showing up on GTDReviews.com in the app comparisons section in the very near term as a result!
We'll be doing a more official announcement post about the site as it becomes more complete and useful, but I welcome your feedback via PM on this forum or by the feedback tab on the site.
Thanks again, all!

Not sure if you consider Pocket Informant as a GTD App, but they claim to use both GTD and Franklin Covey principles and the user is able to choose one or the other...or any other type of productivity management.

+1 for Thinking Rock...very welll thought and easy to use GTD implementation. Also, great that it runs on several platforms; Mac, Windows, and I think Linux...
Another choice in the Windows list is FusionDesk <fusiondesk.org>. Very nicely done, sort of like Things or TheHitList for Macs...
Another clean looking, fairly simple app for Windows is Tudumo <tudumo.com>....
For you ol' CLI fans, there's Task <taskwarrior.org>, a free app. Cross-platform as well....simple and powerful at same time....

I've tried everything available on BlackBerry and ToDoMatrix (ToDoMatrix.com) is the best for GTD, IMHO.

I haven't tried it, but it has lots of positive reviews. I'm still gathering info to make the best choice for my BlackBerry Storm 2. Would love to hear what you think about this app.

Alright everyone, we've updated the first post of this thread to reflect all the additional suggestions here. We will be sure to include the above in our major redesign that is under way. In the meantime, I would love the following:
1) Feedback on GTDReviews.com (http://www.gtdreviews.com) and changes you feel would improve its value to the GTD community
2) More app suggestions to contribute to making this list comprehensive.
Thanks all!

iMExchange has been the ONLY way I've been able to reliably synchronise tasks and notes with Outlook - and I tried many of the other iPhone apps before finding it.

This app syncs with ToodleDo.
Another absolutely awesome app for GTD is mGSD. It's a self contained html file that so easy to use.

Taska for the iPad "Task management made simple and stylish"
I LOVE this app.

Lovely user interface and straight-forward functionality. Syncs with Toodledo.com. (a little buggy, but the developer seems committed to improvements).

TaskTask syncs iPhone tasks to Outlook/Exchange server over the air. You don't get notes synched, as with iMExchange, but for some reason, I couldn't get the trial version to work, so I punted to a simple task sync...<sigh> Still, for those who can't get iMExchange to work, TaskTask gets my two thumbs way up!

I use pocket informant on the iPhone for my next actions and calendar, I keep my someday/maybe lists and project support/reference notes in Awesome Note, and I also use Checksheet for my other checklists. Its working well so far.

I chanced upon this app called 2Do for the iPhone and iPod touch. it looks really fancy but really what works for me is that it can be a really good GTD application.

Well, there is one related iphone app ( not a direct GTD todo list app) which helps you do time management.
It is called More than Time Log, a time tracking app that helps you know where you spent your time.
I developed this app and wish it can be helpful for all of us.
