GTD - Shared Positions

Hi any advice here most welcome. I'm a new GTD'r I have set up my GTD system at home (Personal) and everything seems to be working well. I have now set up an excellent workspace so all is going well.

My problem is the position I do (Work) is carried out offshore on an Oil Production Platform. I work 2 Weeks on 3 Weeks off so 3 People cover this role myself included over a 5 week cycle.

Any tips to help me? The other people do not practise GTD.

Hi Doug,

Manage your own agreements as crisply and cleanly as you can in whatever way works for you (doesn't matter if others do GTD or not) and have a clear way to hand off/delegate what needs to be handed off.
