Best Windows Mind Map software

Im looking for a free windows based Mind Map software, that can allow images (drag & drop) and can be scaled down. I currently use Freemind which is great, but can't resize images down in the software. Any recommendations ?

I switched from Freemind to XMind (http://www.xmind.net) some time ago (the free version, that is). It's worth a look.

Great mindmapping programme! Xmind has a unique feature - the ability to drill down on your map - ie the ability to make any branch the central topic (in outlining terms - the ability to hoist).
It handles images well - the paid version allows you to search automatically for images, and resizing is simple to do
