Manila file folder holder???

I'm looking at getting rid of my green file hangers and just going with the mania folders, which makes sense. What is the name and where to get a device that holds the folders up straight when the drawer is less than full?

That device will be supplied by the maker of the file cabinet itself. It's a self locking mechanism that you can adjust to the number of folders you have in a particular drawer.

Some may have a universal fit, but I'm pretty sure that contacting the manufacturer of your cabinet is the best bet.
