Looking for a zippered binder that lies flat.

I use a MEAD zipper binder for GTD. It holds the classic size paper from Franklin Covey. I like this binder because when it is unzipped it lies flat on my desk so I can write and record in a comfortable manner. Unfortunately the rings are small so I need to find a new binder.

Can you recommend a binder that lies flat?
