Does anyone on this list use a virtual assistant for work processing and editing? I have a secretary but altho she is good in some areas I need some excellent word processing and proofing skills on an as needed basis. I know this is off topic but its important to maintain my progress in "getting things done" and delegation.

Mardo, I've had a virtual assistant for many years with great success.

This may be more high tech than you want or need, but it does highlight what can be done.
The key, for us, has been to have excellent procedures and technology to help us work together efficiently.
