Connectivity between outlook and access

Is there an inherent connectivity between these two softwares?


A friend who is even less SW savy then me wants to know if you can readily take a contact in his access database and schedule appointments in outlook, right from the database?

can you do this?

to my knowledge it's not possible out of the box.

it might be do-able with some special programming and macros. etc.

Do I understand you correctly that you want to take data from Access and post appointments in Outlook. Sure you can do that. I'm working on it right now.
