Being in sales (I am a real estate agent) one of my most import tools is making and keeping track of my individual performance measures towards my goals. For example, my weekly target is to add at least one listing each week. There are a number of preliminary steps that I have to go through, such as farming referrals, calling FSBO’s, etc. Being a former Franklin Covey system user, this was fairly easy to do, but I am wondering how this could done in the GTD system. Anybody already tracking personal performance metrics? Any assistance from other sales professionals out there would be appreciated.
