I am interested in using GTD with MS Outlook and my Treo 600 (which uses Goodlink to synch with my MS Exchange server). Unfortunately, Goodlink does not show categories. Can anyone recommend an approach for using the PDA with GTD?

You might try looking for posts that relate to the PIM called ACT! which has the same problem. The one solution I remember someone using was to prefix each ToDo with a context code, such as PH for phone and ER for errands. Then they would do an alpha sort/search and group them together.
