I am interested in knowing whether the Task view in the David Allen version of Outlook automatically allows you to group your Next Actions according to the recommended categories (CALLS, COMPUTER, etc) and any custom categories that you might create. Thanks for the help.

Yes. There's a built in view of Active Tasks by Action where Action is your Categories field.
