Jeffrey Gitomer has an interesting column this week that reminds me of some of the things that David talked about in his Leveraging Focus and Vision seminar.

btw, Leveraging Focus and Vision was a great seminar. David broke everything down and made it incredibly simple, straightforward, and energizing.

FWIW, here's what the columns were called:

Part 1: #680 ‘Plan, Do, Review’ -- and a whole heck of a lot more!
Part 2: #681 Improving the rules instead of changing them.
