Pocket Briefcase in the UK

Does anyone know where to get a Levenger (or similar) pocket briefcase for index cards in the UK ? Or a similar, nice, holder for index cards. I understand the appeal of a Hipster type PDA but I'd like something to carry them around in something rather than a bulldog clip.
