Outlook shortcuts

Having downloaded the excellent GTD for Outlook PDF file, which contained a lot of shortcuts that were new to me, I find myself looking for just one more:

Is there a shortcut in the window for a new Task that will shift the focus to the notes section of the task?

In Outlook 2003 they have taken out the "Record New Macro" function that you find in all of the other Office apps. Your only option is to invest in a small macro app like this one:

Do some Googling for macros applications.
