Audiovox SMT5600 Smartphone and Notes function in Outlook

I have been using the above phone for about 2 weeks. I'm trying to implement the "Utilizing the Notes Functionality for Useful Lists" chapter 5 pages 30-32 from Implementing DA's Workflow Processing. I can set up the Notes on my laptop. However, it doesn't look like the Notes will be recognized on the smartphone. Has anybody else run into this?

I use SmartphoneNotes http://www.syncdata.it/sphnotes.html

I also use Oxios ToDo List for tasks http://www.oxios.com/. The built in task program does not allow you to sort by category this program does.

Both programs work seamlessly with Outlook.

maybe you can try kai's month viewer (http://smartphone.mobiletopsoft.com/productivity/organizers/getproduct.php?pname=Kai%27s+Month+Viewer+3.5) i am using it for some time and its pretty nice
