Grrr, task categories won't stay collapsed in Outlook 2003

This is when using the task pad view along side of the calendar. I can collapse them all. But if I go to another window, like email, and then come back, they are expanded again.

Am I missing something?

Hi Michele,

Right-click on the top bar of the TaskPad. Select customize current view. Under "Group By" there will be a selection on the bottom right of this window that says either expand all, collapse all, or as last viewed. Pick what you want and it will stay that way.
