I am located in Brisbane Australia; if you are interested in this cd set please send me an email. This set has been fantastic in my quest for black belt status.
I can send them anywhere.

I'm new here, so please forgive my ignorance. What purpose do your CDs serve?

Getting Things Done.....Fast is/was a CD compliation offered from Davidco that was basically a recording of David's two day seminar. It contains a lot of information that simply isn't found in the book, and is an amazing resource.

For a variety of reasons (and that's about as detailed as we get), the product is no longer offered.

But, I will agree that those half-dozen cds or so are some of the best GTD material out there- short of attending an actual seminar.

I don't have ADD, nor am I a nincompoop, but I'm no corporate samurai, either. As a result, I'm having a bit of difficulty slogging my way through all the corporate-speak in the book, and my attention is wandering. I'm just an IT guy, and I've been reading the buzz about this book for well over a year now. I'm trying it, but the book is definitely trying me.

I just really, desperately, need a simplified explanation of the mechanics of GTD. Would these CDs help with that, or would it be an extension of the book?

I have the GTD Fast in tape form, not CD, so I haven't listened to it for a long time. But I never could use GTD Fast to learn the system; it was more for little tips and motivation. You need to read the book and review parts of it again and again. That was my experience anyway.

Try my write up at http://www.blackbeltproductivity.net/blog/gtd-primer/. This is a blog that a buddy and me started and it has gotten a lot of good things said about it. I am also an IT Guy, so if you ever have any problems, please do not hesitate to drop me a line.

The GTD Fast CDs have finished their trip from Queensland to Delaware (and boy, are their arms tired! :)) Brian, thank you so much for your generosity! I'm looking forward to delving into them.
