The Omni people are doing a Mac GTD app called OmniFocus:

Those of you familair with kGTD (Apple scripts that run on OmniOutliner) will proablaly already know about OmniFocus, but if not...

kGTD and OmniOutliner is almost reason enough to buy a Mac.
