Rollabind punch: hole dimensions/spacings, please?

Hi,

I'm modding some DIYPlanner forms but need to know margins and things to allow for Rollabind/Circa punched holes. I have no punch (arriving soon) or punched pages to measure.

Anyone have something they could measure for me, please? I need to know 'x' and 'y' - see image. Is 'y' variable? ie. can the hole spacing be adjusted on the punch?

x = 5/16 inch (8mm)
y = 1 inch (25.4mm)

I don't have a Circa/Rollabind puinch, but I don't believe either dimension is variable.
