Has anyone found any pads of paper that will fit in a normal sized portfolio (pad holder) glued at the top, that has lines and checkboxes on the left to check off items that are done? Really just a regular pad but with some way to indicate that there are separate items listed on the pad and you can check them off.
Hope that makes some sense!

Day Runner and Day Timer should have them (punched for 7 holes, but compatible with 3). They may be hard to find at office supply stores in the 8.5x11 size, though. These are NOT pads, however, but packs of loose sheets.
Far more common in the pad format are Cornell-style notetaking pads, with wide left margins, which can serve the same purpose. Levenger sells very nice ones at a premium cost, and my local Office Depot has something similar from Tops, but cheaper.

Hi
Not a pad but you can download templates which include a page with checkboxes from www.diyplanner.com

Thanks for the ideas!
I found a pad on DayRunner that might work (PRO lined note pad) but is was out of stock.
Thanks pixlz for the link to the DIY site. Very cool!
