Backing up GTD Entourage on a MacBook

Having now set up Entourage with GTD on my Mac, it is not clear to me how I can back it up. My nerd profile is not high. I back up most of my data on a hard disc drive. Is it possible to back up Entourage Projects, Notes and Tasks on it? If so, can anyone please tell me how.

If you search in Entourage Help for "back up", you find that the export command, under file, will export your items to a back-up file. Store that file off your computer as a back-up.
