Checking of projects on last NA?

Hey,

I have another quick question...

Do you think it would be a good idea to cross of projects when they are only down to the absolute last NA, or is it a good idea to leave the project listed until the outcome has definitely been reached?

In my case, it depends on the projects.

Larger projects, I'll probably wait until it's totally complete so I have the satisfaction of marking it DONE!.

With smaller, three-or-four action projects, I'll often cross it off when there's only one action left, figuring the project has served it's purpose.

Only when done. I've seen too many "last" NAs turn into miniprojects in their own right.

I'd say you're not done until you're done! Check off the project when you've completed the next action. Interestingly, you may decide that certain actions aren't necessary - remember, it's up to you to define "done," and sometimes we have flexibility...
