help with table of contents for GTD audio book?

Hi all,

If anyone has the audiobook version of GTD (and some free time), would you mind sharing the table of contents with me? When I downloaded it to my iPod, it put all of the chapters out of order. I can't find the table of contents anywhere online.

Of course, this is a great excuse to put off listening to it...

Surley you still have the cd cover? That will have the list on it

try clicking on the artist category in itunes, that usually puts them back in order (triangle right side up)
