Sub-Projects Populated !

I use Outlook GTD Add In .I use "Active Task By Project" and "Active Task By Action" for all my task .

I notice that "Active Task By Sub-Project" was also populated with all my projects and actions!

Is this how it should be, even if i don't use sub-projects?
