"Send and Delegate" does not work

Hi all - long time listener, first time caller.

Lately, when i used "send and delegate", it completed the send and adds the message to the sent folder. It does not pop up the text to allow me to complete the delegate task details. I have tried restarting outlook with mixed success.

Anybody have any ideas?

Version 2.7.1
XP SP2
Outlook 2003 (all updates)

I get the same issue. It seems to be intermittent -sometimes its works, sometimes not.
