'Making It All Work' audiobook (Audible.com)

Hi,
I'm a big GTD fan and audible.com user.
Recently, i saw the 'Making It All Work' book on audible.com, but it appears that i cannot buy it.
I'm getting "We are not authorized to sell this item to your geographic location." message.
I live in Israel, and I didn't have this issue with buying previous two books.
Are there any plans to release the book to wider audience?

My understanding is that audio book rights are managed on a country-by-country basis. I suspect that you'll get it eventually.

Have you tried just ordering the audio CDs from amazon (not audible)?

BTW, I'd highly recommend the audio book. I read the hardcover once, and I'm on my 3 pass through the audio book... I get something new each time.
