I've had an action on the list, that was repelling me.
I had started a document, but couldn't remember where I was at with it, so the action was to "Check the " document to see what the next step was. But 'checking' the document would mean reading it, and trying to remember things, and and figuring out where it was that i had stopped, and what I had to do next.... altogether, an unappealing and amorphous prospect
So I changed the action to "Open the " document. That's all i had to do, just open it.
Once you actually do one step, it is actually so easy to continue.
It got done.
