No more Outlook, please!

I have a Palm Treo 680 and I'm glad of using it for my out-of-office GTD implementation.
I'm syncing with Microsoft Outlook but having frequently problems with it.
The problems are not with Hot Sync but with Outlook itself (maybe due to the server of my company).
I'm looking for another Desktop Software to sync calendar, tasks and contacts.
Is there anything else apart from Palm Desktop (which I find too "lean" compared to Outlook)?

I'm using Omnifocus as my main GTD "desktop". Synch to iCal and then synch that to my Treo. All mac based but working pretty well.

When I had a Treo 650 it was clunky to sync with Outlook until I switched to Key Suite by Chapura. Afterwards it was bulletproof.

@Oogiem Unfortunately, my company didn't provide me a MAC.

@Mark I don't have problems in sync with Hot Sync. I just want something different from Outlook.
