I'm not a believer in the "empty your Inbox every day" philosophy; in fact, my Inbox is my To Do list, which works great.

Lots of other interesting things too.

GTD is for anyone, but not for everyone. If he's got something that works for him, great! What he describes is just not the GTD approach.

I'm not so sure it isn't GTD. It's sort of hard to say.

He says he has lots of email folders, but seems to refer to his entire email system as "The Inbox". Beyond the differences in terminology, it might be a lot more GTD-like than not.
