I'm in sales. I need your advice on what would the best-in-the-world sales director responsibilities look like? What would his day look like? Please advice if you have any view or idea about that.

Look out for a GTDTimes article of mine, which gives an introduction to how to manage sales by applying GTD principles. I don't know when it will be published, though.
