The problems I reported (Handspring pro syncing to Outlook using the Handspring/Chapura software) disappear with a simple expedient (suggested by Greg Bell at Netcentrics): sync with outlook running. If you sync with Outlook not running, the Outlook add-on cannot function with the Chapura software....
