My GTD Tools
I am primarily a high-tech tools user with low-tech tools to manage paper and provide backup systems. I use Omnifocus for iPad, Mac, iPhone. I use Evernote, Dropbox, XMind (mindmapping), and Wiki for collaboration. I use 44-folder tickler file, paper project folders, and context folders for things that aren't / can't be online. I use Outlook with context folders, supporting folders, and project folders. And yes, I also maintain electronic file folder with same orientation. I think I'm pretty retentive, but I have so things coming at me -- work and school-wise, that that I have to have systems that collect, process, and maintain where I'm at.
