My GTD Tools
My GTD implementation is centered on Nozbe. I use Outlook for email and various add-ons to help automatically sort incoming emails. (I get about 500 emails a day.) We are a small office, with one other attorney and a part-time office assistant. We create projects, identify and delegate tasks and monitor work using Nozbe. We have our weekly review Friday mornings. I have a long way to go to crawl out from a pile of disorganization that has built over the last four years.
