file_folders_curl_up

I have a few files folders that I keep in my wire rack on my desk. They seem to curl up and buckle up.

I have taken everything out of the file folders and kept them under heavy books
for many weeks to make them flat but that doesn't help.

Would anyone know how to make them flat? Thanks.

This sounds daft but... when you take a shower, put them in the bathroom. If they're a little damp before you but them under the heavy books, they'll uncurl better.
