I'm More Than 90% Digital
I would consider my self 95 percent paperless. Things remain in paper form only long enough for me to get them into my digital system or, on the rare occasion, I decide they should be kept as paper. I operate with an iPhone 5, Omnifocus, and Evernote. My iPhone 5 with Siri configured to automatically add things to my Omnifocus inbox is my major capture tool, but I can also launch Omnifocus and enter things via the keyboard immediately. I do have a GTD notetaker wallet that I use sometimes, but not that much. Omnifocus is my project and task manager and Evernote is my filing cabinet. Using my Scansnap as part of my weekly process I can make the paper go away pretty quickly.
Its working great for me and I love that I don't have to physically look for things. Evernote makes everything searchable and Omnifocus is great.
If only I could use Omnifocus
I am a huge Mac fan, but we have only Windows machines at work.
And as much as I love the Mac, I am not a huge fan of iOS. I have a Galaxy Nexus phone and a Nexus 10 tablet.
