GTD Add-in Disappears

I am running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP, and the GTD Add-in sometimes seems to disappear. Is there a simple way to get it back, other than restarting my computer? Thanks

I get this occasionally

Press alt ctrl delete and shutdown outlook.exe.

Then re-open outlook.
