@Agenda or Projects-Delegated
I found two contexts: @Agenda and Projects-Delegated (suggested by DA in his Outlook whitepaper) quite similar. I can put all delegated projects and actions in @Agenda category to discuss with my collegues. I don't need to plan any NAs for delegated projects so how do you think why should I keep (it's better to ask should I keep?) Projects-Delegated category?

Yes, you can if you want to discuss all these delegated projects with your coworker during the nearest meeting.
