Using OF I always delete a task if its no longer relevant and only compete a task if I really did it. Then search completed tasks. Agree that you will trust the system more as you use it.

I too organize with a folder for each area of focus but create another folder for the horizons of focus and a subfolder for each level. Intrigued by the OmniOutliner idea.

I am using Outlook (with the netcentrics add-in) and synching (wireless) with my Treo - only problem is that it doesn't synch outlooks notes. Anyone found a way around this? Any suggestions? Thanks!
