Not sure because if I remember correctly the HotSync manager does some file conversion on stuff that gets sent down to the Palm (others chime in here, I may be wrong about RP files).
Having said...
Just added "vocab to look up" to my lists. Good one, that.
I keep birthday and christmas gift idea lists for each of my three kids, and my lovely wife!
Other than that, an @Errands list for when I'm just out and about but I think "standard GTD" may have...
"Kick me" on someone elses back doesn't count.
Too true about the long-time users and the evolution of media.
At some time in the past I consolidated anything I wanted to keep from diskettes to a Iomega Zip drive disks (100 meg each), then to...
Great answers so far so the the only thing that I'll add is the book's several references to renegotiating with yourself and others. One of the great strengths of the system - and especially the...
Maybe I missed the actual point of the post, but if it's a printer-friendly option you're looking for, it's been available in the forums for years.

They recur - when you click off the task, it goes away but another one comes up in it's place with the new day and time. I used to use a recurring task for something like that but I've forgotten what...

I (was forced to) switch to a Windows Mobile device after years with a Palm. I keep several lists in Notes (a la David Allen) and immediately missed being able to sort by category.
I bought a copy...
Yes, tasks sync over an Exchange server. Outlook notes will not.

In Outlook, choose File --> Import and Export....
Notes aren't synch'd over the air because of the way ActiveSync talks to the Exchange Server. It will only sync with the local machine's copy of Outlook, either by Bluetooth or the cable. The...
Management...I haven't gotten to the Spelling for MBAs course yet.
I've read it twice - once on a personal recommendation from a respected leader and once more recently as a required text in my MBA Operations Managgement class.
I'ts an easy, novel-like read that...
1. Since you said Activesync, I assume you're using a Windows device, and I believe you are in fact limited to one account with that. I use a laptop so it's not a problem for me.
2. Pretty sure...
I have a Treo with Windows mobile, and the standard Outlook isn't as flexible as the desktop version - no category views, etc. I'm using PocketBreeze and PhatNotes...tried Pocket Informant too but it...
[QUOTE=bvkeen;46297]
I personally prefer PhatNotes. Downside is that it doesn't sync with Outlook (although you can supposedly export notes from it into Outlook, and I know you can import Notes to...
