I'm thinking the guy is a thief he even repeatedly corrects David Allen's "GTD" and I really found it odd that he charges $30 a month for GTD tech and David Allen's own forum is Free.

My only suggestion would be to get a labellor with a properly laid out keyboard. QWERTY. Mine is laid out ABCDEFG etc. very annoying and I never get used to it.
