I think there's an air of 'mysticism' around the weekly review - as it's so critical to the GTD process so you can get things out of your mind, there's almost a feeling of 'but what if I do it wrong'...

Whenever I've needed to do this, I use 'zz' as a prefix as that will put the item to the bottom of the list
