I need to try this, thanks for the idea
I've been using an interesting product (free download) for Outlook for the last few weeks that does a good job implementing GTD within Outlook. It's called jello.dashboard (current version is 2.55)....
David Allan was listed as one of the top 50 important thinkers in this month's issue of Business 2.0 magazine.
I know there's often talk about finding small pens (Fischer Space Pens etc.) I got this link on a gadget blog today. It looks like a pretty good option. www.inkacorp.com

I started using Bloglines a couple of months ago. It definitely makes surfing more effecient, which I think is saving me time.

I've implemented GTD with a Palm and Outlook at work and manage to keep my work and life projects and NA's separated in the same system.
At home I started going Open Source (to feed my inner...
I agree with elf that you should look for a specific tool to help you here. Depending on the volume of issues trying to manage this in Outlook will probably make you crazy.

I've been fooling around with the idea presented in another thread about using Outlook contacts as Projects and linking tasks/meetings to the Projects. It's an interesting idea and may work but I...
An additional handy shortcut here is Alt-RightArrow which will expand sub-folders. Then you can continue navigating down the list.
