I notice that "Active Task By Sub-Project" was also populated with all my projects and...

More precisely i would like to find a way to keep this Stuff within my "Outlook Add In" set up i am now using.

Maybe it would be under a electronic "File Format" !

Where would you keep "Stuff" that is not a "Project" or does not have a "Next Action"!
