I use MyChapura Keytasks for this. It synchs from the iPhone to Outlook and from Outlook to the iPhone. It works quite well. All categories are transferred as well.

My suggestion is to start getting in the habit of reviewing your Next Action lists. How can you expect to get those things done if you are not reviewing them? I have an employee that I'm training...
You can burn your CDs and use them in Napster. I personally did that and it works great. Now I just don't buy anything new, I just rent it from Napster.

First, I want to correct one misconception--Treo is not a push email system at all. Treo uses a POP3/IMAP email client. It works just like Outlook does.
As for needing PPC for exchanging...
The GTD add-in creates a task that represents the project entered. When the project is completed (ie. no more next actions...it is truly finished) you are left with that task action. I've been...
Where can I see the help file that tells how to create subprojects?
EZ, I would have to disagree with this one comment of your's:
On pp. 185-187 of GTD, David says that to get to a thorough weekly review we must go through loose papers and "[p]ut it all in...
I have a question about this as well. I am a software engineer. We have our department heads turn in technology requests forms with any changes, bug reports and enhancement requests. These get put...
I agree 100% with Murt. While we *THINK* we won't forget a project, if we don't have a project list, forgetting the project becomes an option while having a project list makes it NOT an option. By...
My thoughts are that we need the project lists to help us keep a project moving forward. When I do my weekly review I look at my Next Actions sorted by project. I can easily see any projects that...
I Googled for Pocket Thinker and don't find any links. Where can I find it?
Up until today, Bloglines would show a snippet of the article for each new posting on the board with the new RSS feed. Today I only see the subject of the article. If something has been changed in...
I really think that those people out there who preach "you are what you think" would disagree with your assessment of their approach. In fact, I think the point of the statement is missed entirely...
I've tried them all and came to the conclusion that Keysuite is the way to go. Intellisync doesn't get you past the category limitations in the palm. Beyond Contacts was just way to SLOOOOOOWWWW! ...
I'm still trying to master the Next Action concept. The following is a portion of the projects I currently have going and a description of the next actions associated with them. I'd like some...
I tried these and they work great. They are very heavy and they have a magnet to hold them in place. The files definitely do not fall over them.
This one is a great idea. Just ordered some for my office and my house!
I have two questions. I've been working through the GTD system since January and it is working for me. I recently read a book by Brian Tracey on time management. His approach is the way I was used...
Yes and no. Great answer huh? :D You can use a product called PDF995 if you don't want to spend the big bucks on the full Acrobat program. It allows you to create PDFs of your documents. If you...
I read David's book back in January and have been implementing the GTD system ever since. I've had some success, but I'm still confused about Next Actions. I am using the GTD plugin for Outlook (just...
